Microsoft Word Letter Templates

Here is what your envelope looks like. The large upper window allows you to show your full color logo, address, tag line and more.

The bottom window area must be left completely clear. Download our template for complete instructions.

Here is what the front of your letter looks like. It is a standard letter size - 8.5" x 11".

You can use all of the available space. The address area must remain completely clear. Please leave 1/2" margins all the way around your letter.

Setting up your letter is easy. You can write and design your own piece.

If you are struggling to get your letter to look just right we will do it for you. If you already have your letter written and you just need us to format it correctly you can it to us. There is a flat rate fee of $25 for this service.

We can also work with other file formats. We accept PDF and Adobe files. There is normally a charge to convert these files.
